Phase I: Market Research
Market Entry Experts works in conjunction with the client to conduct market research to define the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for your product or service relative to the incumbents. Market sizing information, potential partner matrix and recommendations. At the same time we will define potential channel partners and/or complementary business partners. This project is completed in collaboration with the management team who provides domain expertise.

Deliverables:
• Market/Competitive Research Document
• Introductory meetings with potential synergistic/channel partners
• Proposed timeline and budget for market entry


Phase II: Partner Development (as necessary)
Market Entry Experts will work with you to develop a plan to approach and close partners necessary to achieve your goals. These might include localization, distribution, resellers, consulting services and support, etc.

Deliverables:
• Partnership plan
• Targeted partnership presentation(s) for the various constituents
• Partner contact, scheduling and opportunity management to closure
• Close Letters of Intent (LOI) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
• Negotiate and close partnership contracts


Phase III: Launch Business Infrastructure and Execution of the Plan
Leveraging a team of experts Market Entry Experts will establish your base of operations establishing a local and web presence, marketing and sales. This phase may also involve hiring local management and other functions. We can even act as your local sales representative until we backfill the role with full-time or commissioned sales people.

Deliverables (as applicable):
• A web presence
• A local presence
• Launch marketing, PR and sales
• Local hiring according to plan
• Establish reporting and liaison best practices for ongoing satisfaction


Phase IV: Comprehensive Evaluation and Realignment
When dealing with the time, location, language and cultural issues involved in international markets, it is easy for things to go slightly awry or even to go off the rails. While we prefer to be a proactive as possible, we realize that at times it is necessary to evaluate the current situation and to fix problems and get things back on track.

Deliverables (as applicable):
• Audit management through interviews and analysis
• Audit partners through interviews and analysis
• Plan, timeline and budget for problem resolution


Phase V: Funding or M&A
If you are looking for foreign funding, we can help position you for success and then set-up the introductions that are applicable to your specific needs.

Deliverables (as applicable):
• Funding / M&A Document (Placement Memorandum)
• Funding / M&A Presentation
• Qualify candidates and set-up meetings
